系统采用：HJ-MVSS自动分钢系统分钢部分与相关生产线现有机械相结合的方式进行改造。
The system is transformed by the means of combining the steel-splitting segment in HJ-MVSS automatic steel-splitting system and existing machines in relevant production line.
全部系统由主控制柜、复合特种灯光、专用摄像平台、机械分离装置等部分构成。项目完成后系统具备的功能为：视频信号获取、视频图像信息处理、目标跟踪计数、分钢位置确定、机械分钢等。
All systems consist of master control cabinet, composite special lights, special camera platform and machine separation device. After finishing project, the system has the following functions: video signal capture, video image information processing, target tracking and counting, determination of steel-splitting position, mechanical steel-splitting, etc.
系统功能：
1、输入子系统为图像采集识别模块，由工控机、复合LED特殊光源及附属采集系统组成。
2、处理子系统包括棒材识别模块、识别结果融合模块、棒材跟踪计数、分钢位置识别模块、自动纠错和跟踪反馈模块。
3、输出控制子系统包括链床控制模块、分钢模糊控制模块、结果显示模块、机械执行模块。
